THE POWER OF REGENERATIVE THERAPY: PRP APPLICATION WORKSHOP

Regenerative medicine has become an increasingly important part of small animal practice in recent years. Among these therapies, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) has emerged as an effective and practical treatment option for promoting tissue healing. However, appropriate case selection, proper preparation techniques, and correct application methods are essential to achieving optimal clinical outcomes.

This workshop will provide a step-by-step overview of the fundamental principles of PRP, preparation procedures, and its clinical applications. Participants will gain practical knowledge in PRP preparation techniques, patient selection, treatment planning, and application strategies.

Through an interactive format supported by clinical case discussions, the workshop will focus on common orthopedic and soft tissue conditions encountered in daily practice, encouraging active participation and practical learning.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the mechanism of action and clinical applications of PRP
  • Select appropriate patients and indications for PRP therapy
  • Learn the PRP preparation process step by step
  • Gain practical knowledge of PRP application techniques
  • Make more confident clinical decisions regarding the use of PRP in practice
