CONGRESS VENUE AND DATE

The 18th Turkish Small Animal Veterinary Association International Continuing Education Congress will be held at Hilton İstanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center between 1-2 November 2024.

CONGRESS LANGUAGE

The meeting language is Turkish and English.

REGISTRATION DESK

Registration desks will be open between 08:00 - 18:00 on 1-2 November 2024.

BADGE

All participants and their companions are required to wear their badges when entering the meeting center, during scientific sessions, in exhibition areas, poster areas and social programs, in order for the meeting to run smoothly and to ensure security.

CONGRESS ABSTRACT BOOK

Congress abstract book will be distributed in the congress bags during the Congress.

CONGRESS BAGS

It will be given to participants who complete the registration process at the registration desks.

EXHIBITION AREA

During the meeting, participating companies will be able to exhibit their products and visuals in the area allocated to them in the congress center. The exhibition area will be open to visitors throughout the congress.

INVITATION LETTER

An invitation letter will be sent to meeting participants who have completed their registration, if they request, in order to facilitate their participation in the meetings. This letter is only intended to help participants obtain permission from their institution and does not provide any financial support to the participant.
