PROF. MANOLIS N. SARIDOMICHELAKIS

Professor Manolis N. Saridomichelakis, DVM, PhD, DipECVD, is Professor of Companion Animal Medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Thessaly, Greece, and a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Dermatology.

He completed his PhD at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1998 and became a board-certified European Veterinary Dermatology Specialist in 2011. His academic and clinical career has focused extensively on dermatology of companion animals, with particular emphasis on canine and feline leishmaniosis and allergic skin diseases.

Professor Saridomichelakis has authored more than 200 scientific publications and congress proceedings and contributed chapters to international veterinary textbooks. He is an internationally invited speaker and is widely recognised for his contributions to advancing clinical dermatology and infectious skin disease research in small animal medicine.
