Veterinary Surgery

He completed his high school education at Istanbul Kadıköy Anatolian High School. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and received his title of " Doctor of Veterinary Medicine" after completing his phd on surgery at Ankara University Department of Surgery. After completing the AMC New York neurology and neurosurgery externship program, Ateş Barut completed two "NEUROLOGY BRAIN CAMP" trainings organized by EVNS in America and Italy. Doctor Ates Barut, who has published many articles in different branches of veterinary surgery, made presentations at many congresses both in his country and abroad. He participated as an invited speaker once in the Romanian national congress AMVAC and once in the Bulgarian national congress BASAV and represented his country by making all neurology presentations. He was awarded with the "Best poster presentation" award once at the National Veterinary Surgwry Congress and the "Best oral presentation" award twice at the KHVHD annual congress. He won the "Most successful young scientist" award given by VOTDER "Veterinary Orthopedics and Traumatology Association" once. He regularly participates in many national congresses as an invited speaker in the fields of surgery, neurology and neurosurgery and shares his professional knowledge and experience with his colleagues. Veterinarian Dr. Ateş Barut was deemed worthy of the "Crystal Seagull" award given by Istanbul Kadıköy Anatolian High School for his professional works.
Dr. Barut gave importance to improve the service quality in the veterinary profession as well as his own professional development. Barut reached hundreds of veterinarians with his trainings "All the Truths and All the Wrongs about Hip Dysplasia", "Knee from the Clinician's Eye", "Life-saving Procedures" and "Clinical Neurology", which he organized with the sole purpose of sharing his knowledge and experiences. Dr. Barut, is an active member of the European Veterinary Neurology Association and College, increased his international recognition in the field by carrying out his "clinical neurology" training with the participation of foreign colleagues in countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Sweden and Albania.
While continuing his professional work at UNIVET by petcode ANIMAL HOSPITAL, Doctor Ateş Barut is trying to progress in his writing career. His detective crime novel "Neşter" was published by HepKitap and met with its readers.
