Ahmet Özak

Neurosurgery

Ahmet ÖZAK, was born in 1969 at Adana, had high school education in Tarsus American College between 1980-1987. He graduated from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Ankara University at 1993. In the same year he started PhD in Department of Surgery. After he completed PhD in 2000, he made studies on peripheral nerve regeneration by getting a postdoctoral scholarship from TÜBİTAK between 2001-2002. He was assigned to Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Department of Surgery as an Asst. Professor. At present, he is working at same university as a Professor position. Prof. Dr. Ahmet ÖZAK worked as an observer researcher in Ohio State Veterinary Faculty, College of Veterinary Veterinary Medicine Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery for a month. He attended Total Hip Replacement course twice, organized in China by BlueSAO in 2023, and was certificated. He was assigned advanced three-day neurology course under the head of ‘’Neurology Advance Practical Workshop’’ as a lecture in 2024 in Jia Xing, China at the invitation of Veterinary Vertices International Congress. He is married, has a son named OZAN and two cats ‘’AŞİL and PÜSÜK’’.
