Prof. Dr. Ebru Yalçın graduated from Uludağ University Veterinary Faculty in 1997 and completed her phD in 2004 with her study titled “ Causes of behavioral disorders in dogs and comparison of the effects of amitriptyline and cloripromine efficacy in aggression problems in dogs” which was the first study ever done in Turkey focusing on dog behavior problems. She continued her career as a Research Assistant in the same university between 2004 – 2007 and as academician between 2007-2008. Prof. Dr. Ebru Yalçın recieved her Associate Professor title in 2011 and Prof. Dr. title in 2017. In addition to being an academician in the Department of Internal Medicine in Uludağ University, Prof. Dr. Ebru Yalçın continues to support doctoral program of BUÜ Health Sciences Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology as a faculty member.
