Arzu Fındık

She was born on August 17, 1973 in Ankara, Turkey. She completed her primary and secondary education in Ankara. She began her university education in 1990 in University of Ankara, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1995 as a valedictorian. In the same year she began the PhD program in Institute of Health Sciences of University of Ankara on Veterinary Microbiology. In 1996, she won a National TÜBİTAK PhD Scholarship. She was appointed to University of Kırıkkale, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine as research assistant. In 2000, she completed her PhD program and received the title of doctor. Between 2001 and 2004, she worked in Pendik Veterinary Control and Research Institute as Head of Aerobe Department and participated in several vaccines and hyperimmun serum. In 2004, she appointed to University of Ondokuz Mayıs, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Microbiology as Assistant Professor. In May, 2013 she received the title of Associated Professor. She had numerous article and oral and poster presentation she presented both in national and international congress. Assoc. Prof. Arzu FINDIK is still faculty member of Ondokuz Mayıs University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Microbiology and gives many lectures of Microbiology, Immunology, Epidemiology and Poultry Diseases to graduate and undergraduate students. She is married and has two daughters.
